2. Six-Layer Proactive Safety Protection System
A comprehensive safety network was constructed, ranging from early warning to ultimate protection:
- Layer 1 (Warning): An internal personnel detection device automatically locks the system if someone remains on the platform.
- Layer 2 (Anti-Pinch): Photoelectric sensors at entry/exit points automatically stop door closure upon detecting obstacles.
- Layer 3 (Emergency Stop): Emergency stop buttons are installed at three locations: the first floor, second floor, and inside the platform.
- Layer 4 (Hydraulic Safety): Cylinders are equipped with integrated burst valves to prevent sudden drops in case of hose failure.
- Layer 5 (Mechanical Ultimate Protection): An independent pawl-type fall arrestor instantly locks the platform to the guide rails, even in the event of chain failure.
- Layer 6 (Scenario-Specific Protection): Crash posts and wheel stops were specially added to address the forklift operating environment.
3. Deep Scenario-Specific Customization Capability
The solution was entirely designed based on the unique site conditions of the client’s “indoor steel structure opening.” Methods such as shipping guide rails individually, on-site assembly, and bolted guard mesh enabled rapid deployment without requiring large-scale civil construction modifications, demonstrating powerful engineering adaptation capabilities.
4. Industrial-Grade High-Reliability Electrical System
The electrical core exclusively uses Siemens PLCs and Schneider Electric components, ensuring long-term stable operation in environments with vibration and dust. The power unit employs a 4kW, Grade 1 energy efficiency pump station. The mandatory use of specified brand materials like “Far East Cable” guarantees the durability and energy efficiency of the entire system from the source.
