Overview

Customer Industry: Agriculture / Warehouse logistics, handling ton bags (bulk bags) on pallets moved by hand pallet trucks.

Project Background: Baiken Agriculture required an indoor vertical and horizontal transfer solution for ton bags from a ground pit (1000mm deep) to a second-floor corridor (4700mm lift height). The equipment must not span floors, occupy minimal space, and allow direct hand pallet truck operation.

Solution

Sunken Pit Conveyor
Three‑section retractable roller conveyor (effective width 1500×length 2000mm) installed flush with pit floor; hand pallet trucks roll on directly; middle section reinforced with steel plate.
Through‑Type Car & In‑Car Conveyor
Car size 1700(W)×1600(D)mm with roll-up door at both ends, equipped with roller conveyor (effective width 1400×length 1500mm). Ton bags automatically move into position without manual pushing.
Long‑Distance Corridor Conveyor
12m roller conveyor on mezzanine, sectionally driven for stable transport deep into storage.
Intelligent Control & Safety
- Siemens Smart200 PLC + 10” Kunlun Tongtai HMI, switchable manual/auto.
- Photoelectric dimension detection, triggers alarm & tri‑color lamp when overload.
- Full safety set: T90 guide rails, safety gear, polyurethane buffers, maintenance ladder with cage, door guards.
Structural Optimization
- Main frame: 120×5mm square tube; top frame: J120×60×5mm rectangular tube – 1500kg capacity, 4700mm travel.
