Overview

The FZPT-10 Heavy-Duty Flipping Platform is designed for safely flipping large and heavy workpieces during industrial assembly. It provides a stable 90° rotation between horizontal and vertical positions. With a rated capacity of 10,000 kg and a 3000 × 3000 mm platform, it is mainly used in the assembly of transformer coils and large electric motors, improving safety and efficiency compared with traditional methods.

Heavy coils used in transformers and large motors are difficult and risky to flip using traditional lifting methods. The FZPT-10 adopts hydraulic control to achieve smooth and precise rotation, reducing sway and positioning errors. It provides proper working positions for winding, insulation, and assembly, significantly improving operational safety and productivity.

  1. Robust Structural Load Capacity: The main structure utilizes Q235B carbon steel and Q345 manganese steel. The primary load-bearing frame uses 200*100*8mm rectangular tubes, ensuring overall rigidity. The platform surface employs 8mm thick patterned steel plate, offering slip resistance and even load distribution. The key rotating component—the flip shaft—uses Φ80mm 45# round steel, providing excellent torsional resistance.
  2. Highly Reliable Hydraulic System:
    • Powered by an 11kW motor driving a high-pressure gear pump, ensuring stable power output.
    • Equipped with 4 large-bore Φ160mm hydraulic cylinders (chrome-plated piston rods), delivering high torque and smooth operation.
    • Core valve components (proportional solenoid valve, overflow valve, etc.) are integrated onto a manifold block, resulting in a compact system with responsive control. The use of a proportional solenoid valve allows for stepless adjustment of flipping speed.
    • Cylinders feature built-in burst valves, which instantly lock the cylinder in place even in case of a sudden hose rupture, preventing uncontrolled platform descent and ensuring high safety.
  3. Comprehensive Safety Protection System:
    • Active Protection: An overflow valve prevents operation if the load exceeds 10 tons by putting the system into an internal circulation mode.
    • Emergency Handling: Equipped with an emergency stop button. In case of power failure, the platform can be lowered safely under its own weight by manually opening the release valve on the hydraulic power unit.
    • Electrical Safety: The distribution box includes a phase-failure protection relay, effectively preventing motor burnout due to phase loss.
  4. Precise Control and Stable Operation: A custom-designed dedicated controller, combined with limit switches, allows precise control of the start and end points of the flip. The flipping speed is stable at approximately 60 seconds per 90° flip, meeting the pace requirements for precision assembly.

Quality Control

  • Steel Materials: Main structural steel is sourced from Shandong Laigang, guaranteeing reliable quality.
  • Hydraulic System: Hydraulic pumps and valve sets from Jinan Keta; cylinders from Hengyu Group; seals use imported Japanese NOK products, ensuring a leak-free, long-lasting hydraulic system.
  • Electrical System: Major electrical components (e.g., contactors, relays) use Schneider brand products. The controller and distribution box are custom-made by Jinan Zhongding, featuring high integration and easy maintenance.
  • Process Assurance: Structural components undergo shot blasting. The surface finish uses baking paint/spray coating process (medium grey or blue), offering corrosion resistance and an industrial aesthetic.

Installation

The equipment requires embedded foundation installation.

Users must prepare the foundation according to drawings in advance to ensure the device is securely fixed to the ground and operates without shaking.

The total required floor space is approximately 6500mm × 3100mm.

The initial platform height of 800mm facilitates connection with production lines or other fixtures.
