Elevador recíproco de 500 kg - Solução de manuseio de materiais de estação dupla com 6,2 m de altura
Visão geral do projeto
This project delivered a heavy-duty reciprocating lift for automated vertical transport of 500kg materials between two floors. The core challenge was installing a system with a large platform (1400mm wide) in an extremely narrow shaft (2160mm wide).
Our fully customized solution integrated a high-power 11kW drive, rigid structure, and intelligent controls into a single efficient unit. Utilizing PLC and frequency inverter control, it synchronizes perfectly with high-speed roller doors and powered conveyors on both levels.
The result is a highly automated workcell that enables seamless, unmanned material transfer, significantly enhancing our client’s production efficiency and logistics reliability.

O desafio
- Ultra-narrow spatial constraints: Requirement to install a heavy-duty system with a large 1400mm wide platform within a severely limited 2160mm wide floor opening, demanding extreme mechanical design compactness.
- Heavy-load operation safety and stability: The 500kg payload necessitated a robust structure, sufficient drive power, and guaranteed smooth, shock-free operation during all phases to ensure absolute safety and reliability.
- Automation synergy efficiency bottleneck: Achieving millisecond-level precision synchronization was critical between the lift’s positioning, the operation of the high-speed roller door, and the start-stop cycles of the external roller conveyors. Any delay would disrupt the entire production rhythm.
