How It Works

  1. Loading Phase: Material boxes or pallets carrying workpieces are precisely placed on equipment platform via forklift
  2. Lifting Operation: Hydraulic system drives scissor mechanism to smoothly lift platform from low position to 1500mm working height
  3. Precision Tilting: Operators control tilting angle precisely through jog control system, up to 45 degrees maximum
  4. Manual Operation: Operators perform workpiece sorting or arranging during controlled tilting process
  5. Reset Operation: After operation completion, equipment returns to horizontal position and lowers to initial height
