Cómo funciona
- Power Activation:
The process begins when the electric motor activates the hydraulic power unit (pump station), which generates high-pressure hydraulic oil. - Oil Distribution:
This high-pressure oil is then precisely distributed through the control system to the four independent lifting cylinders. - Synchronous Lifting:
Each cylinder drives its corresponding set of multi-stage telescopic legs to extend simultaneously and uniformly. - Staged Extension:
A traction chain mechanism ensures the multiple stages of each telescopic leg extend in a smooth, sequential order, preventing any binding or jamming. - Platform Movement:
The synchronized extension of the four leg sets raises the entire load platform steadily upward. The reversal of this process (retracting the legs) lowers the platform. - Precise Positioning:
The platform can be stopped and held securely at any desired position within its full travel range. - Safety Locking:
Once in position, the hydraulic system’s pressure maintenance and self-locking function engage, safely holding the platform and its load in place indefinitely, even without power.
