Overview
This pallet vertical conveyor provides a robust and stable solution for automated pallet handling, enabling efficient vertical transportation between different floors. Its compact structure ensures seamless integration into diverse layout environments with a minimal footprint, making it ideal for medium to high-frequency pallet transport operations.
Capable of handling standard pallets weighing up to 1,250 kg, the system offers a lifting height of up to 10 meters and a throughput of up to 100 pallets per hour. Featuring a modular design, the elevator is easy to install and maintain while delivering excellent system integration capabilities.
Pallets can be loaded and unloaded from three different directions, significantly enhancing layout flexibility and supporting multi-infeed and multi-outfeed configurations for vertical sorting. The load platform can be equipped with either roller conveyors or chain conveyors based on specific customer requirements. Powered by a high-quality motor, the drive system can be installed at ground level or on a mezzanine for added convenience.
