The client required a heavy-duty industrial freight elevator for its high-tech R&D and manufacturing environment. Our task was to perfectly interface all the elevator’s actuators and sensors with this proprietary control system, fully meeting the client’s need for unified management and data acquisition within their intelligent control ecosystem.

Technical Integration Highlights

Deep Control-Level Integration: By interfacing with Dongtu’s own PLC, this freight elevator is no longer a standalone logistics device but an integrated component of their unified Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform. This allows elevator operational data, status monitoring, and diagnostics to be incorporated into higher-level data dashboards, enabling predictive maintenance and plant-wide intelligent management.
Safety and Efficiency Prioritized:
