  • Load Capacity: Rated load of 2000 kg, with a reinforced platform structure capable of withstanding the static pressure and dynamic movement of a 6-ton forklift.
  • Dimensions: Platform size of 4000mm x 2500mm, providing ample space for large landing gear components and forklift operation.
  • Operational Efficiency: The double-speed mechanism doubles the platform’s lifting speed for a given cylinder stroke, significantly reducing wait times for component transfer.

  • Reinforced Structure: Main frame built with 125H national standard heavy-duty guide rails and thickened structural steel (e.g., J160x80x4) to ensure overall rigidity.
  • Multi-Layered Safety Protection:
    • Mechanical Landing Lock: Features physical locking push-rods at each landing level in addition to the hydraulic system lock, providing fail-safe securing.
