VRC Cantilever Lift
VRC cantilever lift features a carriage supported by two guide columns on one side. This configuration allows easy access from three sides of the VRC and supports three loading and unloading patterns: C-loading (loading and unloading from the front), Z-loading (loading and unloading from opposite sides), and 90-degree loading (loading from the front and unloading from the side). The cantilever configuration offers greater flexibility in loading and unloading, making it especially suitable for space-constrained areas and enabling easier handling of materials.

Specification
Maximum Load Capacity
- Range: 1–5 tons
- Key Point: Single-column cantilever design concentrates loads on one side, suitable for light to medium-duty materials (e.g., small machinery parts, boxes).
Platform Dimensions
- Typical Size: 1–2.5 m (width) × 0.8–1.5 m (depth)
- Key Point: Limited depth to avoid excessive cantilever moment; requires centered loading for stability.
Maximum Lift Height
- Range: 3–15 m (vertical travel)
- Key Point: Requires reinforcement (e.g., back braces) for heights >10 m; prone to lateral sway.
Cantilever Moment
- Threshold: ≤2 kN·m (critical safety limit)
- Key Point: Exceeding this risks structural deformation or tipping—strict load positioning is mandatory
Features
🔹 Easy access from three sides: The carriage is supported by guide columns on one side, providing operational access from three sides, making loading and unloading tasks more convenient.
🔹 Flexible loading and unloading options: Supports three loading and unloading patterns: C-loading (loading and unloading from the front), Z-loading (loading and unloading from opposite sides), and 90-degree loading (loading from the front and unloading from the side), adapting to various logistics needs.
🔹 Suitable for space-constrained areas: The cantilever configuration is ideal for areas with limited space, allowing for flexible handling of materials and improving operational efficiency.
🔹 Efficient vertical transportation: Efficiently and quickly transports materials between multiple floors, reducing the time and cost of vertical transportation.

Our VRC Cantilever Lift is a game-changer! CE-certified with C/Z-loading, it slashed transfer times by 30% in our coastal Valencia plant. The epoxy coating resists salt corrosion, and stainless steel platform handles daily washdowns. Wireless control + predictive sensors cut downtime by 40%. Perfect for tight spaces and 3-ton loads. Local Spanish support ensured smooth setup. A cost-effective, EU-compliant beast for SMEs!
The Material Handling Equipments in your industry
The Gradin goods lifts can be used to carry pallet loads of finished products or ingredients, or equipment, up and down from a mezzanine floor or second floor. The lift’s platform can be manufactured in stainless steel so it complies with regulations, is non-corrosive and can be washed.
With musculoskeletal injuries in mind, the following is a useful, but not exhaustive, list of situations that commonly arise in the manufacturing and engineering sectors during the production process:
• Repeated manipulation of the load at a distance from the trunk of the body.
• Repeated bending of the trunk to lift the load.
• A very large load that is difficult to grasp.
• Repeated handling of the load above shoulder height or at floor level.
• Lifting that involves twisting of the trunk.
• The load needs to be carried over a long distance through a cluttered or hazardous area.
When manual handling activities involve such risks of injury (particularly to the back) due to unfavourable ergonomic conditions, the basic principle is that the employer must take measures to reduce or eliminate the risk of injury.
The Gradin goods lift is designed specifically to transport standard sized pallets from manufacturing, to and from storage on a mezzanine or first floor. If a standard specification doesn’t tick all your boxes, we also specialise in bespoke configurations, working collaboratively with you to ensure your end solution is perfect for your company, employees and products.
